Trampofit

Trampoline fitness is part of gymnastics. The focus during trampoline lessons is on your balance, body control, and on expanding your own unique talents. Flexibility, coordination and learning new things are central to this sport.

Trampofit at USC: how does it work?

  • Cat. I students can start training whenever they like.
  • 10 classes of 1 hour.
  • Get fit while laughing. Trampofit is both fun and exhausting.
  • Improve your core stability.
  • Improve your posture.
  • Learn tricks on the trampoline (including a salto).
  • Fitness exercises while on a trampoline.

Wear and gear

You don’t need shoes for trampofit. Wear tight clothing (no big sweaters or skirts).
