In trampofit you’ll use the trampoline for fun and fitness. A great workout for your balance and coordination.
Trampoline fitness is part of gymnastics. The focus during trampoline lessons is on your balance, body control, and on expanding your own unique talents. Flexibility, coordination and learning new things are central to this sport.
You don’t need shoes for trampofit. Wear tight clothing (no big sweaters or skirts).
