You are looking for relaxation and unity of body and mind? In this Tai chi course you will learn a series of calm movements to reach exactly those objectives!
Tai chi is also called meditation in movement. Tai chi provokes an internal massage of your body, total relaxation and natural breathing. Tai chi contains elements of self defence. It’s a martial art.
Agnes Schreiner has been practicing tai chi for over 5 years. She followed classes with CREA’s teacher Nelly Klabbers and followed into her footsteps in 2006. She participates in tai chi training weeks in the Netherlands, Belgium and the USA. She does so under the direction of Benjamin Lo and Lenzie Williams.
