Survival running at RUIG

The survival running course of RUIG is for anyone who wants to push his limits and make a start in survival running!

What does the course look like?

  • A 9 week course.
  • Your teachers are experienced survival athletes.
  • Start with the basics: first weeks are focuses on the basic techniques.
  • After the basics, you’ll be training to become stronger, and prepare for competitions.
  • Train on the obstacle course of RUIG.
  • A combination of running and specific survival training.
