In freerunning/parkour you learn how to move freely by using your own surroundings. You’ll run, jump, climb, roll, swing, walk on your hands and feet, whatever you like.
Your condition and training level will be taken into account. Besides concentration and coordination, your unique talents and (im)possibilities are very important in freerunning. Everyone is free to find out their own unique moves and there’s enough room to improve yourself in your own way. Always check yourself and your surroundings.
VROG provides the possibility to try and learn freerunning in a safe way. VROG makes you street-ready, so you can safely train outside.
Make sure you wear clean sports shoes. Wear sports clothes that you can freely move in!
Our instructors have longtime experience in both training themselves as well as giving training to others. They’ve given parkour/freerunning lessons to both kids and adults in different settings (both inside and outside). All our instructors are qualified (Adapt lvl1 or higher) and are continuously trying to develop their skills, both mentally and physically (in line with the freerunning philosophy).
