Type: Body & mind
Chi kung litteraly means energy excercise. It’s Chinese, incredibily old, and you can still learn it with this course at USC Body & Mind. Chi kung is the source of all martial arts, like tai chi, judo, karate, kung fu and aikido. In this course we concentrate on the woman’s body.
Harriët Kroon has been practising taoistic chi kung since 2007. In 2012 she started instructing, with a recognized diploma of the Universal Healing Tao Institute of grand master Mantak Chia.
